Yes, a man may dawn a pair of red high heels and impersonate a female and is free to express himself in this manner if he so chooses. I withdraw my consent however if he puts my head in a vice and squeezes demanding me to "say I am a woman, say it, say it". His resorting to the use of violence and force is concrete proof that he himself doubts the validity of his absurd claims. He never "transgendered", just bullied and terrorized others while wearing the high heels.
