Ben, I am having a problem with my subscription to your site and substack offers no help. I reviewed the terms and it won't even let me chat. I cancelled the paid part of my subscription to you a while ago and substack is still trying to bill me. I know it's not your fault but it reflects badly on you and substack especially. Could you please refer this to substack administration? It is also trying to bill me for some other site that I have no history with. I should have no billed subscriptions. It's probably more than me. They are going to ruin a good thing. I am running lean in Latin America and the money makes a difference. Thanks, Elagabalus (Chris)
