No they can't. If a parent decides the child should be vaccinated the child can not refuse. Children are not allowed to override their government's decision on vaccination.

Your comment provides an unexpected take on children not being able to override their parents’ decision on vaccination. The forced vaccinations usually involve children under 12. You can see them at the local CVS sobbing, begging not to get the shot while the parent, usually an older, metropolitan looking mother, chuckling to the nervous pharmacy tech about how silly the child is behaving while cooing to the child, “This is to keep you safe.”

The 12 and over crowd typically defy parents by accepting the shot in exchange for pizza and admiration from teachers.

There have been a couple of court cases where a judge has ruled a minor must be forcibly vaccinated regardless of what the minor wanted.
