This ruling is not a victory against forced jabs, yet. It remands the case back to the lower court for a hearing on the facts regarding the plaintiff's assertion that mRNA therapeutics are not vaccines, and therefore do not fall under "greater good" definitions.

The ruling highlights the callous and disingenuous machinations by LAUSD to avoid adverse judgements and render the case "moot". The district initially cancelled the mandate, until the court rendered the case "moot," then re-instituted the mandates, doing the same thing a second time when the case went to appeal. The circuit said these actions showed the district couldn't be trusted and that the case needed to go to full trial on the merits.

So, while this decision doesn't render mandates illegal or reaffirm bodily integrity against medical intervention, nor does it make any determination about mRNA therapeutics, it does slap the wrist of organizations that manipulate the legal system to skirt around the law, and it could lead to a true victory against forced medical treatments that are plaguing humanity.
