This is good news. I recall reading some things about the Jacobsin versus Massachussetts verdict: the case actually applied to the constitutionality of imposing a fine as punishment for refusing a public health order, not to forcing a jab in someone's arm per say. but this was twisted and lost somewhere. It also seems that Jacobsin had been injured by a prior vaccine for smallpox so...were any of these safe and effective?
