I've also noticed a lot of literature on NSAIDS is now including Myocardial infarction.

Never heard a word in the past couple of decades that OTC ant-inflammatorys were causing Myocarditis & Pericarditis, now all of the sudden these cause more than liver & kidney damage, they damage the heart.

I was able to find an old untouched article that stated doctors were using NSAIDS to treat these very conditions with success, but now they cause them.

These frauds will blame their democide on anything now they can.

NSAIDs have always been suspect in the minds of those of us who prefer vitamin K to baby aspirins.

I only use aspirin, and that rarely. I tried Motrin decades ago, Tylenol purely sucks and I refuse to even try any of the others.

I attribute the complete absence of arteriosclerosis from my body to the 200 mcg of MK-7 that I take every day in my supplement program. Knowing why that is true is totally attributable to having read

i also take MK-7 daily.

It is lipid-soluble, so some take it weekly, FWIW.

Surprisingly, recommended amounts of K2 can be had in a can of Spinach.

Expand full comment

How fresh is it? Is it in the lipid-soluble form of MK-7 or a water-soluble form, which requires multiple daily doses to maintain a therapeutic level in the blood?

Expand full comment

If it does have something to do with K2 in spinach, I can tell you this in regard to how fresh canned spinach is: Not Very.

Expand full comment

Again, it depends on which form of K2 is in it.

I don't know, it isn't listed.

Since it comes from a plant, not a good source of lipids, I will assume it is not MK-7, and is water soluble.

I have no idea. I think you replied to the wrong post, I don't even know what the initials mean.

What initials?

The ones you asked about, MK-7.

Excellent info. I'm proud of myself for guessing a primary study flaw even before you shared the fact. Nutrition is far more complex than merely specific molecules and combinations thereof. Various forms, co-factors, actual blood stream concentrations acheived, the gut microbiome and general dietary and lifestyle habits of the specific individual and their specific genetic profile + the specific environment that specific individual lives in/spends the majority of their time within.

You've got a great substack and thanks for consistently providing great info, in a consice and references cited manner-:)

A few factors are involved as far as I understand, and in the followup study, the cheapest form by far, choline bitartrate, ends up not being directly absorbed as much in the small intestine, and it is the leftover, unabsorbed choline combined with betaine and carnitine that gets metabolized by the microbes in the gut to produce TMAO. You want to use phosphatidylcholine (the form in legume, seed, egg lecithin), Citicoline: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Citicoline and Alpha-GPC https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glycerophosphorylcholine

But even TMAO directly itself is very speculative and totally inconclusive as to its role in cardiovascular disease, if any. It may be a consequence or indicator than direct causal factor.

The TMAO produced varies a lot depending on gut flora, its effects is also dependent on liver function (FMO enzyme), which can also depend on genetics, and its clearance by kidneys as it's continuously excreted. In fact the only thing TMAO itself may be a reliable indicator of is renal (kidney) function. Not only have there been contrasting studies disproving a link eggs or choline containing foods, but even direct consumption of TMAO itself through seafood -- which is high in TMAO -- contradicts the narrative. Good post. Not trying to be off topic, but to suggest a future topic, Utah and Oregon are requiring GPS trackers on EVs to charge owners by the Mile in place of gasoline taxes.

MICHIGAN is next.

One more suggestion: Directed Energy vs Maui.

Eyewitness states the storm came from the East, which it " never does", completely unnatural as was the fire, which the witness states burned people alive in much greater numbers than reported and in the water as well.

Brick, concrete and mortar incinerated to ash, while trees remain largely unscathed, not natural.

Also, photos show that it burned in a perfect circle, very unnatural.

I guess indicting Trump wasn't enough distraction.

Somehow,I don't think Maui will be the same as a 15 minute city/island...

Ben: I can't recall which thread I posted about that weird letter from Kingston's brother.

It was a heck of a challenge, but I tracked it down.

His name is Ron Kuch and his Substack is Kuch Says.

It's really weird, and I can't get past a brother demanding an end to prayer for his sister.

What a weird dude, no wonder she never mentions him...

There is some sort of influencer in England named Karen Kingston and most sites are about her.

Searching Karen Kingston's brother or family returns zilch, and I got the message embedded in another Substack and I subscribe to a lot of them and I don't delete them so I really had a hard time digging it up.

I still don't know why I can't post links on a cell, and no one who wants me to wants to explain it.

So you just have to search it, shouldn't be very difficult to find.

Maybe they were trying to distract from the m[iracle]RNA toxic spew COVIDIUS jabs and the heart problems they cause... So they went for eggs. After all small farmers are easier to DELETE than BIG PHARMA!

Blood clots... The natural ingredient of m[iracle]RNA toxic spew COVIDIUS jabs, go figure.

They were saying that in the 60's as well, based on "clinical studies" sponsored by a breakfast cereal organization--egg producers' marketing competition.
