If people ignore completely or can't critically think about what is said in the "Side effects include..." mandated element of each pHARMa ad, it's kind of on them.
Vaccines should not be exempted from the "Side effects include" mandate, though.

"The most common side effect was pain at the site of injection."
Like they can't look up the side effects on the internet (assuming they bother)? Their doctor should be warning them about those anyway. And the pharmacist.
The banning of DTC pharma ads is not a small thing. It means big pharm no longer obviously owns the message of the TV box. Of course, the networks and pharma cos are still all part of the same global corporate "families," so we won't see an immediate return of Mike Wallace sweating corrupt bureaucrats and execs over poison jabs, but its a start.

Kill 2 birds with one stone, as I see it. Get rid of commercials on toxic, poorly tested drugs, and take away leftist MSM funding at the same time. I'm totally good with it.
I don't take any prescription drugs except Ivermectin (which is doing a wonderful job getting rid of my flu, btw, and should be over the counter anyhow) bioidentical hormones, and HCQ (also +zinc is helping out the Ivermectin on my flu), and I had to buy those from India anyway.
