It's Trillions order of magnitude, which shows up on Pentagon balance sheets as "plug" accounting.
This hidden fund "resides" with Wall Street. THe vigorish from this fund is HUGE. Beyond accounting reach. It is a massive privilege partaken of by Wall Street, The War lobby (one of which is neocons), Hollywood even. All of America's wars are "prepaid", while they make noises about "war powers" resolutions and declarations in Congress! They have already afforded "the major war" in each decade. No shock. While articles in the press roar about the strength of the economy during war! LOL. Travesty.
