Anyone try that tongkat ali? Never heard of it. That’s the stuff that boosts testosterone. Solid ratings on the different Amazon products. Wth will give it a shot. I’ll try about anything aside from govt mandated shit. 😉

Thank you ever so much for this article. MSG has always made me sick. Vertigo, dizziness, blisters on the roof of my mouth, edema (stuff makes you thirsty as all get out, and retains the water), and who knows what else. I started eating raw ginger slices with food that I know damn well has a buttload of MSG in it (Asian soup mixes), and lo and behold, no more illness. I can now eat at my favorite Asian restaurants again, as long as I bring a handful of raw ginger slices.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! You've saved me the misery of ever having to get sick again off MSG, which seems to be in all processed food these days (under MANY names, "natural flavorings" my ass), which is why I eat very little of it, not to mention it has other toxic ingredients in it now days. Cheers, and have a great holiday!

Read 'The Great Cholesterol Con' by Malcolm Kendrick. the UK version has some dry Brit humor in it which has been scrubbed from the U.S. edition. Published in 2007, but still accurate to this day,.

Note: the brain is 40% cholesterol - so...let's shrink it by all means! Also, note that the 'Down To 100 Or Die' mantra has quietly been shelved.

Also: PSA is at least as big a scandal.
