The last thing people with distressed digestion need is more tiny fiber "knives" slicing up their digestive tract.

You probably also noticed the explosion of Crohn's disease and similar.

One Dr guarantees reversal with a plan rooted at eliminating those tiny knives.

Common sense as promulgated by the media is often common BS

Our medics have seldom been interested in health. So, we end up with perpetual rounds of junk food, drugs, obesity, muscle loss, facial emaciation and worse. Lovely.

And, lots of profit for the sickness business and its associates.

It is a shame that when you diet and exercise you don't lose weight where you want to lose weight. You lose it in your face, not your belly. I have cut out alcohol entirely due to belly fat even though my actual weight is quite good. What is the solution?

belly fat in medicine is called "visceral fat." it's particularly dangerous and harder to lose because it's associated with metabolic dysfunction and hormone imbalances. do you eat a lot of grains, especially wheat? https://www.houstonmethodist.org/blog/articles/2022/may/belly-fat-why-its-so-dangerous-and-how-to-lose-it/

Not a lot. I did recently learn that flour actually has more sugar than sugar. So I should swear off bread, crackers, cereals?
