This is fantastic news! I will definitely keep drinking my coffee with MCT oil and ghee now. (bulletproof coffee-fyi it's disgusting if you don't use a blender, the oil just sits on top so don't even try it) It's also a great base for additives such as cinnamon, nutmeg, turmeric, black pepper or whatever floats your boat (yay free nutrition with spices contaminant free) with glycine powder, a helpful amino acid with a sweet taste, and cacao powder, maybe a little collagen powder. Good stuff!

I have experienced tremendous health benefits from a combination of low-carb eating and time-restricted eating. Add 45 minutes of daily yoga, calisthenics and stretching every morning and suddenly you become an anomaly - a fit person. Not just thin, but fit. It’s really not that hard. It’s actually a joy.

Great piece. IF this information/study holds up, it could be a real game changer in the fight to prevent Alzheimer’s. However, Big Food will likely attack this study like anything else that threatens their bottom line.

What if you're super lean and only have a small amount of 30 year old belly fat to burn cause you're super skinny?
