One is "Lavendar" and the other is "Where's Daddy?" Lavendar is programmed with all the surveillance data Israel has used in Gaza for years including biometrics. It assesses where and locates an Hamas leader while authorizing up to 300 civilians deaths if necessary to eliminate the Hamas leader. For example, he might be visiting or living in a multi-story apartment building or refugee camp.
Israel doesn't want to use precision bombing like the one used by the U.S. to kill Solemani because precision bombs are expensive. They prefer more generalized bombs which are less expensive; hence, they've decided that up to 300 people can be killed in the vicinity with an Hamas leader.
How many times has Israel recently said that..."Oops. No Hamas leader there but dozens of Palestinians killed"?
"Where's Daddy?" predicts where Hamas leaders are likely to be located based upon algorithms like family connections. In fact, in the current conflict, if you're related to an Hamas official, they know where you are and are likely simply to exterminate you.

IMO, the current kill number in Gaza is vastly undercounted which stands under 40,000.
