Mr. Milley is one of the log list of people who could face the gallows for treason, assuming the election goes a certain way. He back-channeled to China in January of 21.

We should have airdropped him into Beijing.

Which way could the election go which would result in that? You still think Trump is going to put Hilllary in jail?

At this rate the US won't exist in two months never mind ten years.

I haven't heard from Terence McKenna since the Shamen days. Is he still knocking about?

The upsides to this - won't have to worry about misgendering the battle ready robots. Also, I bet these robots go back and police up their own spent ammo casings, making them greener than human soldiers.

One clear downside - what will become of the industry that produces the colored ribbon citations that are placed on the chests of human soldiers!?! Gasp. Could this displace teams of textile workers!?

A few months ago, there was a flood of articles hitting the internet promising that AI would never ever be used to kill human beings. Now we can say without any doubt at all, that this was exactly the very thing that was going to happen. I am so disgusted by the amount of lies flooding the world today, almost everything is a lie.

Maybe I can get a robodog of my own?

I wrote a stack on one aspect of AI warfare. A whistleblower let an alternative publication in Israel know that the military was using two significant AI programs in their genocide of Gaza. One is "Lavendar" and the other is "Where's Daddy?" Lavendar is programmed with all the surveillance data Israel has used in Gaza for years including biometrics. It assesses where and locates an Hamas leader while authorizing up to 300 civilians deaths if necessary to eliminate the Hamas leader. For example, he might be visiting or living in a multi-story apartment building or refugee camp.

Israel doesn't want to use precision bombing like the one used by the U.S. to kill Solemani because precision bombs are expensive. They prefer more generalized bombs which are less expensive; hence, they've decided that up to 300 people can be killed in the vicinity with an Hamas leader.

How many times has Israel recently said that..."Oops. No Hamas leader there but dozens of Palestinians killed"?

"Where's Daddy?" predicts where Hamas leaders are likely to be located based upon algorithms like family connections. In fact, in the current conflict, if you're related to an Hamas official, they know where you are and are likely simply to exterminate you.

The whistleblower came forward because the number of dead included in kill shots troubled his conscience.

IMO, the current kill number in Gaza is vastly undercounted which stands under 40,000. Because bodies haven't been pulled from underneath collapsed buildings, bodies have been blown apart, and Gaza is so compromised at this point with lack of infrastructure (Who's doing the statistics and counting?), some estimate the number 5X higher closer to 150,000-168,000.

The number rose dramatically the first 3-4 months of the conflict and then, all of sudden, slowed to almost nothing at the beginning of 2024 while Israel is bombing designated safe zones and telling Gaza citizens to relocate to safe areas which they later bomb. We won't get into the lack of food, water, and medical care at this time. For example, cancer patients have no drugs with which to continue their treatment. Certainly they must be dying.

As successful as the figurative "machine" has been at programming youth to hate America, freedom, life, and itself, it will be much more efficient to program the robotdog terminators to do the same.

You know, bc now the militaryindustrial complex is interested in saving money...

At what particular point during the course of American history did catastrophic failure become success, did arrant treason become patriotism?

General Milley is being munificently rewarded for his monumental failures.

Who is going to keep the robots that replace soldiers working on the battlefield?

Vonu, you should know the answer to that question. Such things are what keeps the defense industry viable. (and shamefully, I admit I worked in this industry for awhile)

The MICIMATT complex keeps the defense industry viable by making it vertically and horizontally integrated. Keeping robots operational on the battlefield will take replacing soldiers with robot technicians in very short supply.
