Ah yes, what Julian Assange described as the "FBI Business Model", but at a time when mentally challenged Muslim immigrants were their favored "marks" for this budget-development strategy.
I think this tactic is more widespread than we had even considered and goes back decades if not longer.
The karmic joke is, the laws of reciprocity dictate that those who abuse a vulnerable person, e.g. 'an autistic' instead of helping and protecting them, diminish their human qualities until they become nothing more than hollowed out wrecks - and understand that they are responsible for their own creation.
The security people at NSA defend the torture of the polygraph by saying how many pedophiles they catch. I know this is not really like what you are talking about, but to me it rhymes. They don’t catch traitors, because most traitors don’t feel bad, they feel justified. These security types are FBI wanna-be’s. The young ones grew up watching “24” and dream of interrogating a terrorist, every type of coercion justified “because a bomb is about to go off.” The rank and file analysts hate the polygraphers, and the security officers tout how many analysts they get to confess personal sins. It’s a waste of time to point out that catching pedophiles is not in their remit. “What, you think it’s okay to let pedophiles get off scot-free? (pun intended,sorry)
I used to scoff at the idea there are “lizard people” running the government, but upon reflection, it was likely because I thought those who promulgated the theory were speaking literally. And maybe they were, but I now know our government is filled with people who have “lizard brains”. They lust for money, power, control, dominion without regard to what happens to others.
