But in the legal world it's about pursuing charges that can stick. first degree murder requires proving intent and pre-planning explicitly to carry out the crime. that would be hard to do because the Fauci creature is nothing if not cagey.
What about the emails revealing his foreknowledge and intent to hide the facts etc.? Fauci's lies don't begin with Covid 19. They begin with AIDS. He's responsible for killing off hundreds of thousands of people with AZT, remdesivir, etc.
I would never rule out prosecution for any of those crimes. I was just trying to offer one concrete charge that a good prosecutor might be able to make stick. but it's not to the exclusion of other charges. I think he should be prosecuted for war crimes myself
