I am continually flummoxed as to why many of the so called “conspiracy theories” that have been proven, have not been followed up with “conspiracy” charges against the perpetrators.
“Is the government willing to honestly consider prosecuting one of its own if circumstances warrant?”
RICO was signed into law by by President Nixon and adopted by Attorney General John Mitchell, who in 1974 was convicted on charges of conspiracy, perjury and obstruction of justice under the RICO statute. If the AG can be sent to prison, anyone can.
