I dread to think how KBJ became a Supreme Court Justice.

So sad to be a witness to the catstrophic decline of Western civilization.

KBJ's biggest concern is obviously herself and the self-serving platform she is creating.

What I'd like to know is the exact percentage of Sub-Saharans who would ever get into Harvard in the first place, on merit alone. I'd like to see the Hispanic numbers as well. Ryan Faulk says that number is basically zero. Ron Unz says that Whites should be the highest numbers via meritocratic achievement, at all Ivy League, but are the smallest numbers - penalized far greater than Asians are. Why hasn't anyone else noticed how bad it is? Welp - the Jewish numbers (over-represented by hundreds of percentage points beyond what meritocracy has earned them as far as placement) are conflated with Whites, inflating those numbers. https://www.unz.com/runz/american-meritocracy-revisited/

Notice that every now and then, for example when an important issue arises in SCOTUS, an Epstein story will be run in the approved media. This is to remind the entrapped all-powerful in their gilded cages that there is a higher power. A power that holds evidence of their criminality and perversion. John Roberts was a guest of Epstein.

One should recall that Merrick Garland, the corrupt Jewish AG who appears to be running Biden, was almost moved into the Supreme Court by Obama. Garland’s doctrine for law enforcement is eerily similar to Israel’s: create the enemy to entrap and destroy your opponents. This dreadful woman is just another 5th Columnist like Garland, Obama, Biden, Holder, Blinken, Bushes, Mayorkas etc. - all are termites, destroying America from within.

Although I didn't understand the First Amendment was for restraint of government at 8 years old, I did by age 12, because I can read.

I grew up reading about people who defied the government. Some for good reasons, some for bad. In my family and cirlce of friends and associates, NOBODY trusted government.

They are supposed to be the there to "punish the wrongdoer.'

Not to run our lives.

Once the courts are there to sow confusion about the wrongdoer, things are bad.

"none of these people have the slightest understanding of, much less deep-seated appreciation for, the values of the European Enlightenment, preceded by the Renaissance and going all the way back in an ideological evolutionary line to the signing of the Magna Carta in 1215.

They don’t know and don’t care what the Declaration of Independence says about man’s natural rights. They couldn’t name a single amendment in the Bill of Rights, nor would they cherish their import even if they could."

That fairly well described almost anyone back in the 1960's 1970's USA I grew up in.

They believed the Democrats and FreeMasons who were "here to help".

To some very few of us what they were doing was obvious.

How to deal with their overwhelming success was never obvious.

The fraction of a population that embraces

the concepts of honesty, integrity and free-will is never very many.

This is just a statistical characteristic of populations and "Bell Curves".

People are actually neither stupid nor dumb,

but they are drowning in distractions created by the malevolent.

The only cure is tsunamis of truth that expose the deceptions of the malevolent.

This might be your best substack to date. If only our lovely DIE jurist had such command of the law and sociology as you articulated. Racial and sexual idolatry will come home to roost.

More Theater entertainment for the crowd. It's scripted guys, wake up!

The senile fall guy is being discredited and the fake zhero is being presented as a martyr.

And once more the Sith will rule the stupidity of the Theater as the cattle is directed into the other side to legitimized the system, because as long as you are voting, you legitimize the corrupt system.

ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED!

Not only does she think that - she had no compunction about saying it out loud. It simply never occurred to her DEI anointed and appointed brain that the ignorance of the thought being expressed might be an anathema to actual citizens of this tattered republic, that have an actual grasp of the constitution and the purpose of its first amendment. What can we expect of a woman who was appointed for the very reason of being a “woman of color” when she confesses with a straight face that she does not know what woman is ( regardless of color).

Did anyone check to see if Thomas' eyes rolled back in his head when she was making her ridiculous comments? Sometimes I wished Thomas was more vocal but then silence speaks louder than words most times.

Unfortunately, while it is true that the Constitution was meant to partially hamstring the government, it lacked the restraint that the Articles of Confederation (which it replaced in a coup) provided by not empowering it to do everything it has done to destroy liberty around the world since. Experience has shown us that if the states had been left to their own devices, they would never have been able to agree to emulate the British Empire that they took over from to bully the rest of the world.
