They would say that wouldn't they.

I personally find NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) and phosphatidylserine marvellous for mental function, and a few grams of Vitamin C.

The sentence in the first section says it all - " The main issue with all over-the-counter supplements is lack of regulation."

They tried to do this in the 90s (along with the attempt to destroy the practice of Chiropractic medicine). They were planning to over regulate the supplement industry so you needed a prescription for anything meaningful. Gary Null and others defeated both of these malevolent attempts to destroy industries that heal.

Instead of taking supplements for brain health, swap coconut oil for any other, especially seed oils. Or olive if you cook with it. Even daddy gov gives CO a thumbs up even thought they don't say it in the "food agency."
