WHO official stated from the podium that the organization NEEDS an outbreak of a lethal disease to convince the world to unite in embracing the WHO. They did not quarantine passengers because either 1) they want this to spread everywhere organically, or 2) there are plans to spread this everywhere and this occasion will be used as the scapegoat.
When this fact is coroborated by other news outlets,NO ONE SHOULD COMPLY ! Especially with mandates of any type. How blatently more obvious could the WHO be?
Hantaviruses like this one don't spread easily via person-person. They've realized they aren't going to be able to fear-monger this one because its behavior will expose them right away, so they're giving up and hoping for something else.
Your assumption that this is a way to possibly spread the so-called virus may be true; but then one could also figure that since most people think this is all "BS " and the hantavirus is a "rat virus" with hardly any human to human virus spread, although possible in close conditions; then the WHO realized a ship quarantine would probably make them look as bad as well.
