(Note: there is a possibility that the video linked below – originally uploaded to YouTube by CORRECTKID TV and later clipped by the ClownWorld twitter account– is satire. Regardless, such a scenario is very plausible and so my overall commentary here stands.)
This two-and-a-half-minute clip perfectly encapsulates the sort of new-age, soft authoritarianism of the modern era.

"Okay, so you've come to my house to complain about my baby wearing pink?" the clip begins.
"Well, I was just asking really why you keep putting her in pink and not other colors?" the lady pries.
At this point, most rational people would probably have replied by telling this feral, menopausal brute to go pound sand. However, in typical British fashion, the gentleman politely humors her with some clarifying questions to sort out her objection.
"Well, traditionally, girls often wear pink," the man explains.
"Well, I think you'll find that was back in the day. I think you can wear any color you want now," the lady retorts.
It goes on like that for a while. The man informs her that the baby wears other colors and points out the hypocrisy of this lady lecturing him while wearing pink glasses, which she clarifies are something called "mauve" and not actually pink while going off on a tangent about gender ideology.
The two-year-old corrects her, identifying the glasses as pink.
It's all very tedious.
The despots of tomorrow, as Brave New World prophet Aldous Huxley foretold, will not be marching through the speech goosestepping with nukes on tractor-trailers.
"The first hints of a philosophy of the ultimate revolution — the revolution which lies beyond politics and economics, and which aims at total subversion of the individual’s psychology and physiology — are to be found in the Marquis de Sade, who regarded himself as the continuator, the consummator, of Robespierre and Babeuf…
Within the next generation I believe that the world’s rulers will discover that infant conditioning and narco-hypnosis are more efficient, as instruments of government, than clubs and prisons, and that the lust for power can be just as completely satisfied by suggesting people into loving their servitude as by flogging and kicking them into obedience. In other words, I feel that the nightmare of Nineteen Eighty-Four is destined to modulate into the nightmare of a world having more resemblance to that which I imagined in Brave New World."
The social engineers, accordingly, will approach their neighbors with the kind of sing-song NPR-style vocal aesthetic rather than water cannons and tear gas, issuing their brutal edicts under the guise of "equity" of "free expression" or whatever.
Slavery will be sold as liberation.
"I've only ever seen her in pink. And I think that's not allowing her to have freedom of what gender she wants to be," the Hitlerian Mary Poppins pleas.
