As I recently reported elsewhere, in the pursuit of propagating the White Supremacist™ narrative in order, in turn, to justify crackdowns on MAGA domestic terrorists, the corporate state media ran with a harrowing tale of an Indian Nazi and his ambitions for a global White Supremacist™ government takeover.
In the official story, which was repeated ad nauseam in the liberal media, a young Indian gentleman from a leafy, affluent St. Louis suburb awkwardly drove a U-Haul truck he had rented -- armed with nothing but a lone Nazi flag, mind you – into a federal barricade in the general vicinity of the White House, which was allegedly intended to kick off a race war somehow.
The whole spectacle was a farcical re-enactment of the '93 World Trade Center bombing or the Oklahoma City bombing, minus the bombs, which were swapped for a single Nazi flag.
But, to hear the corporate media tell it, this domestic terror incident was basically a new 9/11 in terms of scale and terror induced.
Via Washington Post:
“A 19-year-old Missouri man with a Nazi flag who police say crashed a rented U-Haul truck into a barrier near the White House on Monday night told authorities he planned to seize power and kill the president if he had to, according to newly released court records.
But… Kandula was not carrying any weapons or ammunition, and no explosives were found in his U-Haul. After twice striking the metal bollards on H Street NW near 16th Street, he got out, and an officer ordered him to the ground and detained him, the document says.”
The whole narrative about the Indian white supremacist trying to assassinate the white president with a truck and a Nazi flag exploded in the immediate aftermath of the arrest last month.
At the time, it seemed like the melodrama was shaping up to be a Jan 6th-tier story of "domestic extremism." But now there's radio silence in the corporate media, the Indian Nazi's charges of threatening the president's life were quietly downgraded, and the whole story has apparently imploded.
Via New York Post:
"[Kandula] was originally charged with threatening to kill, kidnap or inflict harm on a president, vice president or family member, as well as assault with a dangerous weapon, reckless operation of a motor vehicle, trespassing and destruction of federal property, US Park Police said.
His federal charges have since been downgraded to a single count of depredation of property of the United States in excess of $1,000."
So, what happened? It's possible the corporate media ran with the story, thought twice about it because the narrative they tried to sell was so transparently foolish, and decided to nix it.
Or perhaps this young man was a patsy whom the Deep State decided can't be relied on when the rubber hits the road for whatever reason. Lots of government patsies are reported to be on a cocktail of psychotropic drugs to pacify them into compliance.
Or, then again, maybe the issue was that the government's evidence it had assembled to sell the story was assessed to be insufficient to score a prosecutorial win, or that it would compromise future operations by exposing their modus operandi.
The potential explanations for the sudden narrative implosion, which likely will never be revealed to the public, are nearly endless.
Is it not a bit of a shame that the government and media can't be counted on to deliver factual information, and so the serfs are left to speculate among ourselves how exactly they're plotting to confiscate the scraps that are left of our civil liberties?

Nothing there. The FBI's "Patriot Front" is much more alluring.
But for the bomb being too far from the column it was attacking, the 1993 attack would have toppled the building.
